Caley and Jay got married at 19 & 20 (sorry to our Parents for giving them heart-attacks) back in 2007. They have lived in Florida, Texas, Kansas, and now Missouri.

They walked through four years of infertility due to complications on both parts and were given less than 3% chance to get pregnant naturally. In 2014, after Caley sought doctors for what she thought were back-to-back ulcers, the flu, and the stomach virus, they were shocked and beyond thrilled to find out they were in fact expecting! Emma Jayden was born in 2014.

They thought their infertility story was over, but it turns out, it's a continuation. They tried for three years into bring another child into their family. After two surgeries, two failed IUI’s and a random round of medication, they found out they were expecting a son in 2019. Grantham Wilder was born on April 30th, 2019.

Caley's passion for encouraging women walking through similar journeys started in 2013 with her first infertility public announcement and blog launch. Over the years she's had the privilege of encouraging and praying for countless women as they've shared their stories.

In 2015 Caley started, The Porterbox, jewelry that tells your story. Her desire was to encourage women walking through difficult moments in their life by giving them tangible reminders of God's promises to them.

After their second failed IUI in 2017, Caley felt God lay something else on her heart- the Joy + Infertility podcast. Here we are.
